Windsor FC Youth have a club approved Shop in affiliation with Adidas.
The club ONLY fund Home Kit and agreed Coaching Equipment (Poles/Cones/Training Bibs and Footballs)
All remaining items in the shop are OPTIONAL and will need to be purchased individually or through squad fund raising events in strict accordance with club fundraising rules.
Any kit or equipment that are lost or damaged through misuse are to be replaced by the individual concerned.

- Windsor FC Youth will NOT request payment in cash or request payment to private individuals bank accounts. Any cases to the contrary should be reported immediately to the club Treasurer or Procurement Officer.

All Club HOME Kit and Starter Pack Training Equipment (bibs, poles, footballs, cones) purchases are placed by Kit Manager only (firstname.lastname@example.org). Away Kit is available for purchase for teams that would like to purchase this but this is not funded by the Club.
If coaches would like to purchase additional items they are free to do so but please note the costs will not be reimbursed by the club without prior written agreement. If there is a specific item you feel the Club should be providing please feel free to raise this at one of the monthly Coaches meetings for discussion.
Club trophies for both our Presentation Day and Tournament are co-ordinated centrally and are therefore not available for purchase on the Club Web Shop. Club policy is that each member team is allocated 3 trophies per team.
A gentle reminder that the FA does not recognise season-long periods of play for the U11s and below and as such ‘League Cups’ are not purchased. For age groups above this, ‘League Winners’ may be awarded a trophy by their League. The trophy is usually awarded under a bond and returned to that League at a given point in time in the following season. League Cups are NOT funded by Windsor FC Youth.
First Aid Kits and replacement items
First aid kits and replacement items are provided by the Club and should not be purchased from the Club Web Shop. Please contact email@example.com with any requests.
Coaches Stadium or Rain Jackets
Sample Coaches Stadium jackets and Rain Jackets are available via firstname.lastname@example.org to try on to ensure correct sizing prior to placing order. It is important to check as any incorrect orders that have been personalised cannot be returned or refunded. Approx. costs for Stadium Jackets are £53 complete with printing and approx. £30 for rain jacket complete with printing.
All WFCY coaches can purchase a Stadium Jacket OR Rain Jacket which will be refunded 100% by the club subject to an up to date FA Level 1 coaching qualification and submission of an expense claim to the Treasurer.
All WFCY Assistant coaches can purchase a Stadium Jacket OR Rain Jacket which will be refunded 50% subject to an up to date FA Level 1 coaching qualification and submission of an expense claim to the Treasurer.
Player Rain Jackets
Player rain jackets are purchased by players/parents/carers and are not funded by the Club.
Sample Rain Jackets are available via email@example.com to try on to ensure correct sizing prior to placing order. It is important to do this as any incorrect orders that have been personalised cannot understandably be returned or refunded. Rain jackets cost approx. £30 complete with printing.
Please note: all orders under £99 will incur a delivery charge of £6.66 so you may wish to consider combining team orders to avoid this charge.
ALL items purchased by the Club remain the property of Windsor FC Youth.
Windsor FC Youth is run exclusively by un-paid Volunteers (Officers, Age Group Coordinators, Coaches, Parent helpers etc.).
Use of the “Windsor FC Youth” brand including name and logo is to be approved in writing from the Club. Unapproved use of the club name and logo can damage the club’s ability to generate valuable sponsorship revenue which benefits all of the members.
Financial accounting for all club merchandise is conducted by qualified finance professionals dedicated to developing football for all members in accordance with the club’s agreed principles and FA Chartered Status.
